Tom, I had the same thing happen that you mention at 24:46. A Chinese TV station produced a one hour show and they used my video without consent in their show. They then uploaded it to youtube. Content ID then sent me a notice that I was was using their video! It took about 3 weeks to get it all straightened out. I immediately counteracted their claim the same day by sending in a "copyright infringement takedown" claim form that youtube has online. Their TV video on youtube was removed by the Chinese TV company right away. In the end, I still had to wait for the Chinese TV company to release the copyright dispute they started, to get back to normal. The system did get it wrong but it does work in the end.
